About the Role

As a Quantitative Researcher, you’ll play a hands-on role in designing, analysing, interpreting, and reporting research that helps government agencies make good decisions.

You’ll:

• Support the design and execution of quantitative research projects (as well as some qualitative projects)
• Develop survey instruments and sampling frameworks that produce robust, defensible data
• Analyse and interpret datasets using tools such as R, SPSS, or Q
• Turn complex results into clear, meaningful insights that influence public policy
• Contribute to client reports, presentations, and data visualisations
• Help ensure research is delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope
