About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Vilnius office. In this position, you will architect, optimize, and secure our cloud infrastructure. What You’ll Do

• Continuously monitor and enhance system health, reliability, and performance to meet evolving business needs.
• Architect and deliver scalable, resilient, and efficient infrastructure solutions across Azure.
• Design and implement software systems that improve availability, latency, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure robust security and compliance across all cloud-based infrastructure.
• Audit, configure, and automate Azure services using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Lead deployment strategies, troubleshoot production issues, and integrate new technologies.
• Own and improve key SRE metrics: MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBI (Mean Time Between Incidents).

• Conduct root cause analyses for major incidents, collaborating across engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Solve complex infrastructure and security challenges with a proactive and strategic mindset.
• Champion FinOps practices optimizing cloud spend and defining cost-efficient architecture profiles.
• Mentor engineering teams on Azure capabilities, DevOps methodologies, and SRE best practices.
• Lead migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native solutions.
• Administer and maintain self-hosted Active Directory environments.

What You’ll Bring

• Deep expertise in Azure virtual networks, VMs, and cloud-native services.
• Proven experience designing and managing secure, high-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform and CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery.
• Familiarity with large Azure Tenants and management group structures.
• Hands-on experience with MS365 and enterprise-grade cloud ecosystems.
• Ability to perform deep technical dives into architecture and codebases.
• Experience managing Rubrik backup solutions.
• Strong FinOps mindset: track cloud spend, implement alerts, and drive cost efficiency.
• Analytical problem solver with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
• Resilient, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure DataBricks, Data Lakes, and Python scripting.
• Background in Windows Server and MS SQL Server administration.
• Familiarity with Intune and endpoint management.
