About the role

 

As an Associate Director of Evaluation, you'll independently lead large-scale, complex research projects including client management, design of all materials, reporting and presentation. You'll be the strategic partner our clients rely on, designing innovative methodologies, uncovering powerful insights, and presenting recommendations that drive real business impact.

What You’ll Bring

 

  • 10+ years' experience in research and consulting
  • Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to deliver profitable outcomes
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
  • Natural leadership qualities that inspire teams
