Senior Associate, Fieldwork
Location: Singapore

Work Type: Hybrid - 3 days in office per week 

 

Verian is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join our Operations division.

 

The successful candidate will need to be excited about working on high-profile and complex projects, and be able to handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage fieldwork including briefing, training, recruiting and supervising interviewers, recruiters and vendors.
  • Oversee the recruitment, coordination and performance of interviewers, recruiters and vendors.
  • Manage project tasks such as questionnaire reviews, recruitment screeners and survey link checking.
  • Track project and fieldwork progress.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Timely escalation of any risks or challenges relating to fieldwork and projects.
  • Attend fieldwork observations.
  • Conduct interviewer and vendor audits and accreditation.
  • Ensure compliance with Verian’s quality standards, including quality control of fieldwork, data protection and project management practices.
  • Support in finance-related activities, including purchase orders (POs), invoicing and other administrative matters.
  • Liaise and negotiate with internal and external vendors on costing matters.
  • Assist in sourcing for new vendors/ service providers/ software/ platforms.

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Minimally Diploma or equivalent in any field.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in fieldwork operations.
  • Good time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Organised, meticulous, deadline driven and able to multi-task.
  • Works well under pressure, with the patience and perseverance to see through projects with long timelines.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual – English and mother tongue (Chinese/Malay/Tamil).
  • Must be a Singapore citizen or PR and currently resides in Singapore.
