About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Talent Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, leading client-facing hiring, executive recruitment and drive cross-functional Talent initiatives including EVP projects, candidate experience, and contingent workforce programs.

What You'll Do
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on hiring strategies across all levels
• Support senior hiring through targeted talent mapping and executive search
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews, support selection processes, and participate in contract negotiations as needed
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level recruiters, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to continuously improve hiring outcomes
• Review and enhance our external employer offering to create a compelling and attractive proposition.
• Champion the candidate experience and support improvements to onboarding and induction processes.
• Manage external platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn
• Manage the contingent workforce recruitment program
• Evaluate current talent processes and systems, and develop a practical framework to effectively manage and grow talent
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in senior-level recruitment across multiple geographies, particularly the UK, APAC and Continental Europe (Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands…)
- Executive search experience a plus
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, able to deliver cost effective hiring solutions*
- Experience of using innovative approaches to source, attract and build talent pools
- Comfortable using ATS, recruitment technology and talent tools to streamline processes. Familiarity with SuccessFactors Recruitment Module is a plus.
- Solid understanding of talent management best practices
- Confident communicator and trusted advisor to senior leaders
- Skilled at balancing speed, quality, and compliance
- Collaborative, results-oriented and proactive
