Our clients include national and local governments, EU institutions, the World Bank, and the United Nations. In Brussels, our Policy Research and Evaluation team has built a strong portfolio in areas such as disinformation, digital and social policy, consumer protection, youth, education and training, humanitarian aid, environmental behaviours, and public health.

 

The Role

 

We are looking for a Research Executive with a strong interest in public policy research and evaluation, particularly in the context of EU institutions. You will support the delivery of policy evaluations and impact assessments as part of a growing and ambitious team that delivers work with real influence and visibility across Europe.

In this role, you will work closely with senior colleagues and contribute to high-profile, mixed-methods research studies. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of topics and gain experience in both the technical and client-facing aspects of research project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the day-to-day management and coordination of research and evaluation projects for European and international clients.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of research and evaluation tasks, including desk research, data collection, and analysis.
  • Assist with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpretation.
  • Help prepare clear, evidence-based reports and presentations for clients.
  • Support internal and external project management processes.
  • Communicate proactively about progress, risks, or changes with colleagues and clients.

 

Your Profile

 

  • You have a Master’s degree in Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics or European affairs and a keen curiosity in public policies and data analysis
  • You have an analytical mind and have good writing skills
  • Have solid knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
  • Prior experience with policy analysis, evaluation and research
  • You are proficient in English. The command of other EU languages is a strong advantage.
