About the Team
The global People Team spans People Partnering, People Operations & Talent Acquisition, offering opportunities to contribute across HR initiatives.
This year, we are strengthening HR foundations across culture, performance, data and insights, while launching AI- and technology-led HR products.
We are seeking an experienced People Partner with strong Belgium and Netherlands HR expertise to help deliver global strategic people initiatives in the region.
About the Role
Partnering closely with business leaders and employees across Belgium and the Netherlands, providing practical, commercially focused HR support and ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with local employment legislation. The role requires a proactive, hands-on People Partner who can confidently manage employee relations matters, identify and mitigate people risks, and deliver People & Culture initiatives.
Working in close partnership with local stakeholders and country leaders, the role will support benefits, pensions, employee relations, organisational change, and broader people programmes, while also contributing to key regional projects
What You’ll Do
Strategic Partnering & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership, aligning people strategies with business goals
- Translate global people initiatives into locally relevant actions
- Drive key priorities across performance, engagement, capability, and development, aligned with global policies
- Use people data and insights to inform decisions, identify trends and highlight risks and opportunities within the local market
- Provide practical HR partnering and advice to managers across Belgium and the Netherlands
Employee Relations & Legal Compliance
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policies
- Partner with local stakeholders on benefits, pensions and employee experience initiatives, supporting a positive and compliant employee experience
- Deliver People & Culture programmes and projects, contributing to the global people agenda
- Identify and mitigate people-related risks, working across teams to deliver effective solutions

- Align local reward practices with global frameworks, and maintain awareness of local market benchmarking and provide input into reward decisions ensuring alignment to organisational structures and governance
Learning & Development
- Work with local leadership to identify capability needs and skills gaps
- Support the design and delivery of local learning and development initiatives, leveraging global learning tools and programmes to support delivery
Employee Experience, Engagement & Communication
- Ensure people policies, guidance and resources are accurate, accessible and up to date
- Develop and deliver local communication plans for people initiatives and updates including wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
- Own local action planning in response to employee feedback, surveys and listening activities and support leaders to communicate change effectively
What You’ll Bring
- Strong generalist HR/People experience in a people partnering role from Belgium and/or the Netherlands markets
- Proven experience managing employee relations cases
- Excellent knowledge of local employment law and HR best practice within the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving, environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Experience working within a global or matrixed organisation, partnering across functions and geographies
