Do you love supporting people’s growth, delivering engagement initiatives and helping to shape the overall employee experience?
As our People Operations Advisor, you’ll have an engagement, development and communications focus and play a central role in ensuring our people have access to the guidance, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive. You’ll manage our global people pages and comms channels, coordinate development programmes, and oversee initiatives across wellbeing, DE&I, and more!
This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate across the entire People Team and wider business to ensure our people processes and communications are consistent, effective, and easy to navigate.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate on the design, delivery, and evaluation of performance management cycles and career development plans
- Help to identify employee development needs through surveys, feedback and data, working with the business to action solutions
- Ensure accurate records of learning activities, compliance training, completion rates and reporting on effectiveness
- Keep our resources and “intranet” content up-to-date, clear, and accessible
- Write and deliver engaging communications for campaigns, policy and process updates, announcements, etc.
- Support and lead on wellbeing, DE&I and engagement initiatives
- Ensure global people policies remain up to date, fit for purpose, and forward thinking
- Continually find ways to improve existing programmes and enhance employee experience
What you'll bring
- A passion for people
- Experience within a People role with exposure to performance, development and employee communications
- Experience within a Global organisation advantageous
- Strong written communication and content design skills
- Confidence in coordinating programmes and initiatives, with stakeholder management
- A proactive, collaborative, people-first approach
- Tech-savvy with MS365 proficiency and experience across different HRIS and intranet platforms
