About the Role
We’re looking for a Team Lead to supervise our Project Management (PM) team in our Data Solution department. In this role, you’ll ensure our social research projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget. You’ll oversee end-to-end project management, lead teams, manage client relationships, and take ownership of commercial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead social research projects: Manage complex social research studies from planning through delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
- Client Relationship: Build strong client relationships, providing clarity on briefs and delivering high-quality outputs. Manage project finances, ensuring accurate reporting and commercial success
- Team management: Oversee and develop the project management team, foster strong client relationships, and translate client needs into effective project outcomes. Lead and develop the PM team, embedding clear ways of working, quality standards, and accountability
- Process and commercial oversight: Promote process optimization and automation, manage project finances for commercial success, and ensure accurate reporting
What You'll Bring
- Proven project management experience in a market research agency, ideally in social research
- Strong background in offline data collection and risk/time management
- Experience managing small teams and fostering high performance
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
